Our business model brings together the ‘Waste to Energy Cycle’ in one integrated business model depicted by our logo and trading name Verta Energy.
Verta Energy was developed as a trading name to emphasise that the foundation of our business model is the Vertical Integration of the ‘Renewable Waste to Energy’ cycle.
Our strategy comprises two elements:
1. Integrating several business streams that are currently spread across numerous businesses into what we consider to be one natural business cycle (‘field to yield’); and
2. Taking advantage of the collapse of the financial markets and market weakness to acquire the key components of future Integrated Waste to Energy components from distressed situations at a deep discount to cost, thereby substantially reducing the capital required.
We are at an advanced stage in the completion and launch of our first Integrated Waste to Energy Plant and are currently in the process of raising our next round of capital to finance the completion of the Project prior to launching the business on a commercial scale.
